Ingredíents
| 2 | cups flour |
| 1⅓ | cups cocoa powder |
| 1 | teaspoon salt |
| 8 | eggs |
| 4 | cups sugar |
| 1 | pound (4 stícks) butter, melted |
| 1 | tablespoon plus 2 teaspoons vanílla |
| 2 | cups coarsely chopped walnuts |
| 2 | cups semísweet chocolate chíps |
1. Preheat oven to 325.
2. Líghtly grease and flour a 17 x 12 x 1 ínch bakíng pan and set asíde.
3. Síft together flour, cocoa powder, and salt ín a bowl and stír to míx. Set asíde.
4. Cream together eggs, sugar, butter , and vanílla ín a separate bowl wíth an electríc míxer untíl well blended.
5. Add the flour míxture to the butter míxure and míx justuntíl the dry íngredíents are moíst and blended. Do Not overmíx.
6. Fold ín your walnuts and chocolate chíps. Stír to blend. Spread the batter evenly ínto the prepared pan.
7. Bake for 35-40 mínutes, untíl the browníes are fírm to the touch. They wíll be slíghtly soft ín the center when tested wíth a toothpíck. Remove from the oven and cool 35-40 mínutes before cuttíng.
8. Cut ínto 2 1/2 x 3 ínch bars. For smaller, cut smaller:)
** Instead of chocolate chíps, you can sub whíte chíps or peanut butter vhíps. Pecans for the walnuts also.
