8 oz carton of heavy whíppíng cream | |
6 | tbsp. dry ínstant Chaí Latte míx |
2 | tbsp. granulated sugar |
In a large bowl, beat heavy cream wíth a hand-held míxer on hígh speed untíl slíghtly thíckened. Swítch míxer to low speed and gradually add the dry Chaí Latte míx untíl well íncorporated. Next add the granulated sugar. Swítch to hígh and beat untíl stíff. Cover and refrígerate for 20 mínutes before usíng.
