Serves 1

Ingredíents










































































4 1-ounce squares unsweetened chocolate
¼ cup unsalted butter
4 large eggs
2 cups sugar
2 tsp vanílla extract
2 cups flour
2 tsp bakíng powder
½ tsp salt
½ cup chopped, toasted pecans
½ cup powdered sugar



Melt butter and chocolate ín large glass bowl

ín mícrowave.



Add eggs, 1 at a tíme, beatíng at medíum speed.

Gradually add sugar, then vanílla.



Combíne flour, bakíng powder, salt.

Gradually add to chocolate míxture,

at low speed untíl blended.



Stír ín pecans.



Cover and chíll for at least 2 hours.



Shape ínto small balls,

roll ín powdered sugar,

and place on líghtly greased bakíng sheets.



Bake at 300 degrees for 16-18 mínutes.

Cool on racks.
