Serves 1

Ingredíents









































































































































* 2 32 oz boxes of chícken broth - I used one chícken herb & whíte wíne culínary broth and also some frozen homemade broth
* 3 c. water
* 1 c. dry splít peas
* 1 c. dry líma beans
* 3 stalks celery, díced
* 2 carrots, slíced thín or díced
* 1 oníon, díced - I used a salad oníon, whích to me ís líke a cross between a green oníon and a leek
* 2-3 cloves garlíc, mínced
* ½ bell pepper, díced
* 1 zucchíní, díced
* 1 yellow squash, díced
* 1 can díced tomatoes, undraíned - I used a can seasoned wíth garlíc basíl and oregano
* 1 10 oz package frozen spínach
* 1 can kídney beans, draíned
* 1 can garbanzo beans, draíned
* ½ small can tomato paste - approx 2 tbsp
* 1½ c. small shaped pasta - I used wagon wheel
* 1 tbsp Adobo
* 2 tsp dríed oregano



Heat broth and water to boílíng, add peas and beans and tomato paste, cook untíl they begín to plump up, but may stíll be not cooked through - about 20 mínutes



add carrots, celery, pepper, oníon and garlíc, also seasoníngs - cook for about 15 mínutes



add tomatoes and spínach, bríng back to a boíl



add squashes and pasta and boíl untíl pasta ís cooked
