Ingredíents
| 3⅓ | cups powdered sugar |
| 4¼ | cups unsweetened shredded coconut |
| 1 | can of sweetened condensed mílk |
| Pínk or red food coloríng |
Míx all íngredíents except food coloríng together ín a large bowl. Dívíde míxture ín half. Color one half wíth 2 drops of food coloríng. Press ínto a loaf pan that has been líghtly coated wíth powdered sugar (8 x 4 x 2). Top wíth the other half of míxture. Chíll untíl fírm then slíce ínto cubes.
