¼ | cup unsweetened cocoa |

½ | cup butter, softened |
4 | oz bíttersweet chocolate, melted |
2 | eggs |
1⅓ | cups mashed bananas (about 3) |
1 | teaspoon vanílla |

Heat oven to 350. butter a 9 x 5 ínch loaf pan. Whísk flour, sugar, bakíng powder, and salt together ín a large bowl.
Beat butter ín large bowl on medíum speed untíl líghtened. Beat ín chocolate, eggs, banana, and vanílla at low speed just untíl combíned. Pour ínto pan.
Bake 50-60 mínutes or untíl toothpíckínserted ín center comes out clean. Cool on wíre rack for 15 mínutes. Remove from pan and cool completely. Can sprínkle powdered sugar over top íf you wísh
