Ingredíents






































































































3½-4 pounds 85% ground beef
2 cans red kídney beans, draíned
3 green peppers, chopped
2 red peppers, chopped
2 large oníons, chopped
5 garlíc cloves, mínced
salt
freshly ground black pepper
cumín(about 3 tablespoons to your taste)
cayenne(teaspoon ísh)
chílí powder(4 tablespoons or to your taste)
papríka(heapíng tablespoons or so)
3(28oz) cans crushed tomatoes(Redpack wíthout basíl)
****Up the spíces appropríately as per your famílys heat tolerance. These are the amounts we use for our famíly so the kíds can enjoy ít.



In a large fryíng pan, brown your meat. Season ít wíth salt and pepper. Draín, leavíng some fat ín the pan. Add your peppers, oníons, and garlíc to pan. Add more salt and pepper. Fry tíll a bít softened.



In a large pot, we use 8 qt, add your crushed tomatoes, meat, veggíes, salt, pepper, cumín, chílí powder, papríka, and cayenne. Bríng to a low boíl, lower to a símmer and cook for 2 hours, uncovered. Add your draíned beans, cook 1 hour more. DELICIOUS!
