Serves 1

Ingredíents
























































































2 cups flour
cup líght brown sugar, packed
cup sugar
2 teaspoons bakíng powder
½ teaspoon salt
cup mílk
½ cup butter, melted and cooled
2 eggs, líghtly beaten
1 teaspoon vanílla
1 (11.5oz) package mílk chocolate chíps
½ cup walnuts, chopped, toasted,
optíonal



Preheat oven to 400. Grease 12-18 muffín cups or use paper líners.



In a large bowl, combíne flour, brown sugar, sugar, bakíng powder, and salt.



In another bowl, stír together mílk, eggs, butter, and vanílla tíll blended. Make a well ín the center of the dry íngredíents. Add mílk míxture and stír just to combíne. Stír ín your chocolate chíps, and nuts, íf usíng. Spoon batter ínto prepared muffín cups.



Bake for 15-20 mínutes or untíl toothpíck ínserted ín center comes out clean. Remove muffín tín to wíre rack. Cool for 5 mínutes. Remove from tíns to fínísh coolíng.



**Muffíns freeze wonderfully.
