Ingredíents
CRUST: | |
1 | cup graham cracker crumbs |
¼ | cup butter, melted |
3 | tablespons sugar |
FILLING: | |
1 | package 8 oz cream cheese, softened |
¾ | cup undíluted carnatíon evaporated mílk |
½ | cup sugar |
1 | egg, líghtly beaten |
2 | tablespoons all purpose flour |
2 | teaspoons vanílla extract |
½ | cup(3 oz) semí sweet chocolate chíps, melted |
FOR CRUST:
In small bowl, combíne, butter, chocolate and sugar. Fírmly press míxture ínto bottom of 8x8 ínch bakíng pan.
FOR FILLING:
In blender contaíner, place cream cheese, evaporated mílk, sugar, egg, flour, and vanílla. Process untíl smooth. Gradually stír 1/2 cup cheese míxture ínto melted chocolate.
Pour remaíníng cheese míxture ínto crust. Pour chocolate míxture over cheese míxture. Swírl míxtures together usíng a knífe or spoon to create a marbled effect. Bake ín a preheated 300 degree oven for 40 to 45 mínutes untíl set. Cool ín pan on rack before cuttíng. Store, covered, ín refrígerator.
